Terms of Service
Agreement
By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service.
Age Restriction
I only accept commissions from clients who are 18 years or older.
Payments
Payments are processed through PayPal and must be made in full upfront.
What I Will Draw
I will draw your VTuber or OC.
Fan art requests will only be accepted if the artwork is intended as a gift to the character’s owner, but you must inform me in this case.
Fan art for personal enjoyment will not be accepted.
Other types of illustrations, such as non-VTuber art, may also be accepted. Please feel free to inquire.
Right to Refuse
I reserve the right to decline any commission.
Usage
The delivered files can be freely used on your SNS and streams.
Please credit my name visibly when using my work.
Additional fees apply for commercial use (e.g., merchandise, paid app stickers).
Public Display
Commissions that prohibit public display of the final artwork will not be accepted.
In general, I will display the completed artwork after the client has used (published) it.
If the artwork is not used (published) within three months of delivery, I will display it automatically.
If there are specific circumstances, please inform me, and I may accommodate your request.
Copyright
Copyright of the artwork remains with me.
Reselling, claiming my work as your own, modifying the artwork, or using it for AI or NFTs is strictly prohibited.
Refunds and Cancellations
After payment, cancellations are generally not accepted.
A full refund will only be issued if I am unable to complete the work due to unforeseen circumstances such as an accident or illness.
If a conflict arises and I can no longer continue the commission, a partial refund may be issued depending on the progress made. In such cases, you will not retain any rights to the incomplete artwork.
Preliminary Sketches
Preliminary sketches provided before the artwork is finalized are strictly for your confirmation only and must not be made public.
Changes to the Request
If your request changes after payment has been made, additional fees may apply.
Examples include adding accessories or changing a simple shirt to an elaborate costume.
Price Changes
Commission prices may increase in the future.
